Our care coordinators are passionate about helping patients navigate the healthcare system together and working hand-in-hand with the primary care providers. They provide tailored care services for patients within and as they transition across the care continuum.
Administration & Management Staff
Our administrative/management staff utilize a holistic approach that includes a thorough knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, emerging technologies, model analysis, and care professional orientation. Our experts include project managers, quality improvement specialists, communication specialists, and analysts.
